Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QCS Cargo services operated by Quiet Craft Solutions Inc. ("QCS"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

QCS provides parcel forwarding and air freight services between the United States and Caribbean destinations. We receive packages at our NJ warehouse, store them per policy, and ship upon request.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information. Your suite code is personal and must be included in every shipment. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship any prohibited items. We may inspect, hold, and dispose of prohibited items at your expense.

4. Storage Policy

30 days free from arrival. After that: $1.50 per package per day. Maximum 90 days before mandatory disposal with notice.

5. Shipping & Pricing

Rates are based on billable weight (higher of actual or dimensional). Minimum $10 per shipment. Customs clearance is $35. All prices are in USD.

6. Liability

QCS is not liable for customs delays, undeclared fragile damage, loss exceeding declared value, or detention due to prohibited items. Maximum liability is limited to declared value.

7. Insurance

Optional insurance rate: declared value / 100 USD per shipment. Claims must be filed within 14 days of expected delivery.

8. Customs

You are responsible for accurate customs declarations. False declarations may result in fines and legal penalties.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Held packages may be retained for 14 days for retrieval before disposal.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Hudson County, NJ.
