Shipping Policy

Transit times

• Standard Air: 3-5 business days (Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago)
• Standard Air: 4-6 business days (Barbados, Suriname)
• Express Air: 1-2 business days (+25% surcharge)
• Transit clock starts after ship request confirmation and payment

Pricing basis

Rates are calculated using billable weight (greater of actual or dimensional). Dimensional formula: L x W x H / 166.

Customs and duties

Customs clearance is billed at $35 per shipment. Destination duties and taxes are paid by the recipient, where applicable.

Package intake and notification

Packages are accepted at our warehouse during operating hours, photographed on arrival, and matched to your suite code for notification.

Damage and loss

• Claims should be filed within 7 days of delivery
• Compensation is limited to declared or insured value
• Carrier delays after handoff are outside QCS operational control

Refused or undeliverable shipments

Refused shipments may return to our warehouse. Storage, return, re-shipment, or disposal costs may apply.

Insurance

Optional insurance cost is declared value / 100 USD. Claims require supporting evidence within 14 days.
