Restricted Items

These items can be shipped with conditions

  • Lithium Batteries

    Must be installed in device

    Loose lithium batteries are prohibited. Batteries must be installed in the device. Max 2 devices with batteries per package.

  • Perfumes & Fragrances

    Flammable contents

    Limited to 500ml total per package. Must be in original sealed packaging.

  • Medications

    Customs regulations

    Must include copy of prescription. Over-the-counter medications allowed in reasonable quantities.

  • Alcohol

    Varies by destination

    Check destination country regulations. May require import permit.

  • Electronics over $500

    Customs declaration required

    Must declare accurate value for customs. Insurance recommended.

  • Food Items

    Agricultural restrictions

    Non-perishable, commercially packaged foods generally allowed. Fresh produce may be restricted.

  • Tobacco Products

    Customs duty applies

    Subject to destination country import limits and duties.
